Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time
Manufacturing Time:
If your order includes personalized products, our factory will need about 7 to 10 working days for handcraft manufacturing, once your items are ready and pass the quality check, we will ship out your order immediately.
For non-personalized product, we will need 3 days for handcraft manufaturing.

**All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. You can track your package anytime once your order is shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
After placing your order, and when your order is shipped, you will soon receive a shipment notification e-mail. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

What about my order is placed to a wrong address? *Very Important*:
Please double confirm the shipping address when you place order. We will ship your order as soon as we can, you can still change the shipping address within 24 hours after placing an order by emailing support@wearsouvenir.com. After 24 hours of order placing, the shipping address can not be changed and refund is not supported. If the delivery failed due to wrong or not detailed enough address that you fill in order placement, the order will NOT be refunded or returned.
